After meeting Kirsty and Chris in Mornington we suggested a visit to Royal Beach so that we could take some shots on the rocks and make use of the great colours to be found in the shallow waters and on the rocks themselves. It happens to be the local leash-free dog beach but on this occasion we had the whole bay to ourselves without interruptions from excitable dogs! Morning Star Estate was the venue for Kelly and Brendan’s wedding and although the rain was threatening and their ceremony was held indoors in the chapel, the sun later came out and the guests were able to enjoy the party in the beautiful gardens. Meanwhile we wandered the estate taking advantage of the many gorgeous locations including the vineyard and the funky buildings with their ‘distressed’ paintwork! Later on we went to Schnappers Point in Mornington and Kelly was quite happy to run down the rock paths to get to the best locations.
